Responsibilities:
•Keep office network operations smooth and trouble free.
•Monitoring of Cyberoam firewall and relevant equipment’s of network.
•Troubleshooting of network related products and services, desktop support etc.
•Apply host security Configure/manage/monitor all the networking equipment.
•Implement and maintain internet services, support/maintain windows, Mac and Linux infrastructure and protect from viruses & and other attack.
•Interaction with end users (i.e.
•Employees of departments) to provide support regarding network related issues like connectivity with servers, pcs and other equipment's on the Lan/wan.
•Given support for call center application VICIDIAL Inbound and Outbound for US clients.
•Troubleshooting Asterisk based projects on VOIP, SIP etc.
•Troubleshooting Cyberoam firewall and allowing users to access internet resources as per the employee requirement.
•To maintain inventory for hardware & software components installed.Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues of LAN/WAN.
