• Installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining all fiber optic systems in businesses, homes and other organizations to ensure that they are working properly.
• Measuring the signal strength to ensure that there is adequate performance for television, telephone and internet connections.
• Performing indoor premises cabling Fusion splicing and making fast connector from ODF/Indoor FDH to customer premise.
• Configuring and upgrading firmware of various IAD devices like Mediatrix, Cisco and Linksys.
• Configuring One Access Device for ISDN BRI lines and testing.
• Basic configuration of PABX devices.
• Configuring ADSL Routers and Modems.
• Hands on experience with Optical Network Terminal’s like vendors of Huawei, Zone, Alcatel.
• Migration of Old Legacy Network services like POTS, ADSL, IPTV and PABXs to GPON Network.
• Handling issues related to Residential, Small, Medium and Top Enterprise Customers.
• Tracing and punching connections in IDF and Copper DP.
• Configuring in NGN and IMS architectures for SIP and MGCP protocols.
