As Oracle Data Migration Lead was responsible for the following
• Responsible for loading Data in to Oracle received from SAP(Broadcom Ltd).
• Validate the flat files received from SAP against the business template.
• Managing and coordinating a team of 5 members in bridging the gap between client and offshore team
• Attend and schedule high level meetings/calls with business in requirements gathering and issues addressing
As a Module Lead responsible for development, testing, enhancements, deliverables
and implementation of customized Oracle ERP solutions. And need to travel to clients
location in Thailand to ensure proper understanding of the client’s requirement and
provide support to the key IT team at the phases of CRP’s, SIT’s and UAT.
To participate in upgrade process forum to discuss the high schedule and project scope and impact.
Conduct weekly project status meeting with impacted application teams.
Co ordinate with the offshore team members on the Project deliverables

Worked on the following Project Deliverables
Project 1:
e-Payment process:
Automated the process of Invoice Payments to the suppliers by designing and creating new forms and authorizing payments with two approvers and then transferring the XML Format bank file to the bank server via dedicated line.
Initially before the automation the payment were sent through Bank transfer letters(BTL) physically through a person to respective banks.
Project 2:
Developed a process of transferring an encrypted bank file which contains payment details of the suppliers in XML format for Joint Operations company by pulling the file from their external server, decrypting it and sending the same to bank.
Project 3:
Been an integral resource in supporting the Oracle upgrade of R11i to R12.
Responsible for preparing the customizations list in the system and identifying the customizations that needs to be upgraded.
Conducted knowledge transfer sessions for the upgrade consultant .
Testing of Forms, Reports, Interfaces and custom functionality for Financial modules
in the test upgrade instance.
Provided support to the upgrades consultants in technical issues.
Project 4:
The Salaries and Special Payments to employees was enhanced to make the payments
through e-Payment process so the manual transfer of Bank file through compact disc can be eliminated.
Project 5:
Automated the process of creating Invoices in Accounts Payable when the Payroll and Special Payment is run using Oracle API.
This is an integration of the Payroll and the Finance Module.
Other Support Deliverables:
• Handled the support issues in Accounts Payables module functionally.
• Modified the Account Analysis reports as per the user requirements
• Modified the interfaces for mass allocation and asset depreciation month end process as per clients requirements.
• Customized Payroll Costing Reports.
• Customized various standard Oracle forms with the use of CUSTOM.PLL
• Created number of Oracle Alerts in Oracle HRMS/Payroll and financials.
• Created and customized various Oracle reports.
• Ensuring smooth running of the e-payment process.
• Developed test scripts, created test scenarios and custom documentations for the components involved in the development.
• Created SQL scripts to create database objects like tables, views, synonyms and sequences.

Responsibilities
Worked on the following Project Deliverables
• Customised Delivery Note - Modified the oracle report and the business flow as per the functional specification. The Report output will display the details in Postscript of the orders and the customers against whom the shipment is made which is been partially shipped or fully shipped.And an email alert is been generated to the CCC Executive so that the partial shipment delay could be communicated to the customers.
• Developed Oracle Alerts for the Delivery Note.
• Discoverer Inventory Valuation Reconcilation Report - shows all the units which are currently in asset sub inventory but transferred from non-asset sub inventory.
• Discoverer Sales Order Invoice report - shows all the Customer Service Representatives who has created the order and shipping details and invoices depending on the holds on the orders.
• Discoverer COGS Reversal report - A Discoverer report is required to enable German business to manage the COGs transactions for reconciling the GL inventory account
• Helped the onsite team to close some of the orders by Workflow where invoice was not getting generated even after the order lines are closed.
