TRANSPORT (Fleet) Job Responsibility:
•Development and implementation of Fleet, Distribution and logistics business processes and SOP in collaboration with the Commercial and Finance functions.
•Managed and controlled the staff transportation, Drivers duty schedule, collection & Delivery and vehicle general maintenance schedule
•Manage and controlled the 493 vehicles, 2 Garages and 550 employees including with drivers, Garage team and subordinators.
•Operation supporting to all departments & colleagues and new arrivals.
•Registration on time
•Fleet planning, considering the economic aspects for fleet composition, vehicle selection & Inspection, maintenance and replacement.
•Maintaining licenses and registrations for all vehicles (work with Traffic).
•Preparing yearly Budget and recommendations for fleet department.
•Maintain & control the Mechanic shop/Garage.
•Prepare and Update reports for All Company trucks &Vehicles.
•Maintained the Entry pass and vehicle food permission
•Approves requisitions, purchase orders
•Time managements for all vehicles (Staff transportation and Delivery).
•Work Allocations and Route planning.
•Staff selection, counseling and coaching
•Vehicle clearance report for vocation and visa cancellation staff
•All truck follows up with GPS systems and Mobile tracking.
•General maintenance for all vehicles based on schedules.
•Vehicle general auditing on every month
•Prepare all reports and publish to Management Staffs (Veh. Istimara, Insurance and Permissions, Tire, Mechanical issue & Maintenance report)
•When needed will arrange HIRE (Outside) vehicles (RENTAL).
•Reduce Cost of Expense for Truck and warehouse Dept.
•Weekly or monthly inspection/Maintenance Checklist for All Trucks.
•Collect the accident Police Report for Repair.
2) SENIOR WAREHOUSE/INVENTORY EXECUTIVE Job Responsibility:
•Follow international Standard procedure for Warehouse.
•Managing day-to-day warehouse operational activities
•Managed different types of Warehouse: (Air/Sea/Bonded/Off-Landed/Local-Storage).
•Warehouse space arrangement.
•Coordinate with Operation & Customers.
•Maintain Good housekeeping practice of the warehouse and surrounding area.
•Check damages and Physical count all In & Out shipments.
•Prepare bi-monthly cycle count reports v/s warehouse book report
•Adherence of shipment to that of FIFO/LIFO methods depend on Shipment & Materials.
•Manage the inventory level for the stock and the raw material and taking the necessary action to avoid out of stock situation
•File all incoming/outgoing shipments for future reference.
•Ensure efficient use of warehouse Equipment’s.
•Labeling for all Incoming & Out going Shipments
