To ensure, monitor, improve and record all types of revenues generated through the transportation of Cargo shipments on Saudia Cargo and other Airlines through Bilateral/Interline agreements as well as collection of other miscellaneous revenues. This require a detail process of sorting, segregating, accounting, auditing, invoicing and billing of cargo revenue to-and-from other airlines, customers, government agencies, newspapers, foreign embassies, commercial agents, royal court and Saudi posts etc, as per the corporate standards and IATA procedures.
2. Implement systems and procedures to ensure on timely recording, auditing and collection of revenues in order to protect and process Saudia Cargo revenues.
3. Control and Monitor CASS, CNS, ICH and SIS billing and settlements worldwide on time.
4. Timely processing the revenue accounting through the Integrated system Cargospot which subsequently posted to finance System SAP through Interface.
5. Manage process, staff and monthly, Quarterly, Interim and yearly closing activities of Revenue Accounting Section.
6. Reviewing and signing off on reconciliations of GL accounts for the entire section while ensuring: All pending issues are resolved and accounted for in timely manner
