• Job Profile: • To maintain the log book of cargo for small and medium sized vessels/dhows docked in the port in an accurate manner • To enter ledger and check issuing/receiving tally for regular accurate updating • To check and verify Bill of entry documents against ledger to ensure port revenues are collected • To prepare daily completion report for the cargo movements in and out of the port facility for management review • To conduct cargo inventory and check against ledger for reference and decision making • To issue gate pass for the cargo moving out after proper scrutiny of the documents for security purposes • To initiate billing advises for the cargo storage charges to the respective dhows/vessels within port Rashid • To prepare and maintain customer wise storage records and periodical storage billing advises for billing purposes.
• Job Profile: Handling cruise terminal passenger vessel cargo and provision arrangement’s container and local supplies received from supplier and agent delivery to passengers cruise un stuffing and stuffing, passenger baggage’s disembarking and embarking, cruise terminal equipment’s arrangement’s, cruise terminal operation side coordinate to agent’s. Cruise terminal baggage handling labour’s arrangements and coordination.
Job Profile: • Handling overseas And Domestic customers’ queries over email • Correspondence with Dhl, Tnt, FedEx, Aramex for bad address & other queries related to outbound shipments, • Handling complaint from customers • Monitoring shipments at all check points • Monitoring outbound operation• Handling By Road Shipment And Monitoring Edp Department. Monitoring ware house and self storage.
• Job Profile: • Cargo’s receiving as per delivery order from suppliers and taking the material details like CBM / Weight for storage purpose and bin the cargo in proper location.
• Details updating in system.
• Sending cargo details to accounts dept.
• Preparation of documentation for import/export clearance
• Coordinate with customs & airline/port staff for cargo clearance
• Sound knowledge of import and export procedures both by air/sea
• Good knowledge on online portal systems like, Mirsal1 and Mirsal2 by Dubai customs
• Handle customs clearance in other emirates also
• Cargo clearance and Door Delivery to customers
• Aware of all major roads and routes in UAE, including prominent locations and shipping lines.
• DHL, FedEx, T N T & Aramex Manifesting, synchronizing and corrections doing in speed track, sending AWB details to International agents.
• Line haul manifesting.
• Preparing Inbound /Outbound Charge slips & Sending daily Inbound & Outbound reports to Accounts dept.
• Sending Intl Shipment bags.
• Sending daily basis pre-alert to destinations agent with manifest attachment.
• Handles Manifesting of DHL & ARAMEX worldwide Transhipments.
• Answering E-Mails and other correspondence related With International Agent.
• Line haul manifesting & Export to DOH/ BAH/, KWI / OMAN & SAUDI ARABIA
• Well knowledge of e clearance / BOE passing & all Dubai customs related jobs
• Job Profile: Preparation of documentation for import/export clearance
• Coordinate with customs & airline/port staff for cargo clearance
• Sound knowledge of import and export procedures both by air/sea
• Cargo clearance and Door Delivery to customers
