CCTV Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, and site surveys .
• Providing ongoing service, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV systems within the area.
• Installation the video and audio CCTV surveillance system with NVR & DVR systems.
• Using different types of cameras to a premises and connecting cameras to the system and LED screens.
• Worked on Hi-Focus, Honeywell, Sony etc. cameras.
• Maintaining a healthy customer relationship at all times, with customer service key at every level.
• Servicing the company’s product portfolio as directed in an effective and cost efficient manner.
• Communicating with the Field Operations Manager and taking his assistance when required.
• Ensuring that at all times tools, vehicles and safety equipment are regularly maintained.
• Appointing and managing sub-contractors on site ensuring they work as per company standards.
• Maintaining all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and communicating appropriately with the Customer Service Administration Office.
