CCTV Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration, and site surveys .
• Providing ongoing service, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV systems within the area.
• Installation the video and audio CCTV surveillance system with NVR & DVR systems.
• Using different types of cameras to a premises and connecting cameras to the system and LED screens.
• Worked on Hi-Focus, Honeywell, Sony etc. cameras.
• Maintaining a healthy customer relationship at all times, with customer service key at every level.
• Servicing the company’s product portfolio as directed in an effective and cost efficient manner.
• Communicating with the Field Operations Manager and taking his assistance when required.
• Ensuring that at all times tools, vehicles and safety equipment are regularly maintained.
• Appointing and managing sub-contractors on site ensuring they work as per company standards.
• Maintaining all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and communicating appropriately with the Customer Service Administration Office.
• Being aware of all contract possibilities and add on business opportunities.
• Observing and promoting safe working practices.
• Responsible for installation, commissioning and alignment of NEC microwave antenna (0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 &1.8m) both PDH & SDH.

• Successfully installed Huawei transmitters using PDH & SDH links.
• Coordination with various technicians (rigor) for the installation of indoor racks, DCDB, PIU, Power connection E Cable etc.
• Preparation of I.F Cable connectors (Both straight & L).
• Alignment of Semi directional Microwave dish antenna, Space diversity antenna, ODU single and Hybrid combined antenna.
• Alarm rectification of BTS and Microwave equipment during and after installation.
• Microwave commissioning through PNMT Software of NEC.
• Optimization and planning of network.
• Responsible for carrying out LOS survey for MW Links of New Sites, fill-in sites, backbone sites.
• Surveillance of centralized network of Saudi Telecom 2G, 3G and LTE, the 4thGeneration
• Dealing and managing the whole region as Regional O &M supervisor
• Co-ordination with customers in order to know their requirements regarding O&M.

• Doing on-calls & handles internal/external alarm with handling site outage issues
• Interaction with the other departments like OMCR to restored down sites
• Troubleshooting of call drop, distortion & site fluctuation issues
• Coordination with warehouse for replacement of Hardware & availability of equipment for both Telco & Non-Telco teams
