I oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of enterprise-level Windows Servers, ensuring optimal performance of both operating systems and applications. Additionally, I provide technical solutions and support to the Helpdesk and other departments within the organization.
My responsibilities also include maintaining inventory records of IT and electronic equipment, managing websites, overseeing Learning Management System (LMS) and QALAM administration, as well as managing Office 365 services.
I'm accountable for the installation, upkeep, and upgrading of enterprise-level Windows Servers, ensuring they align with client requirements. I optimize operating systems and applications to meet specific needs and provide technical solutions and organizational support to both the Helpdesk and other departments.
Additionally, I establish and maintain a backup strategy, overseeing the management of the NetBackup 6.5 enterprise backup solution to safeguard critical data.
In terms of network infrastructure, I design and implement networks using the OSI model and Star topologies, ensuring efficient and reliable communication across all layers of the network.
Responsible for the smooth functioning of computer networks, network cables, routers and allied equipment of an organization. Plan, architect, implemented computer networks and monitor networks' performance, maintained security, made system upgrades.
