Conforming and recording climate and surface conditions like humidity, due point, air temperature and metal temperature using hygrometer / digital heliometers to decide the job to proceed or not.

In process inspection of application of primer coat including checking wet film thickness, and after drying inspection and recording of dry film thickness.
In process and final inspection of intermediate and final coating applications.

Calibration experience in calibrating various gauges such as pressure, temperature, etc and also different type of transmitters and valves
Make sure that activities are being done according to Health, Safety and Environmental Specifications approved by international organization and client.
Educate the workers whenever required about the job site to meet the standards.
• Monitoring daily progress and keeping records of Coated Girth Weld.
• Perform 100 percent High Voltage Spark Test for Internal FBE Coated Girth Welds prior to client inspector random inspection.
• Witness DFT, Adhesion and Curing Tests as per applicable Aramco/Client Standards.
• Review of Videos and Manual Reports prior and after cleaning or coating of internal coated girth welds.
• Close coordination with our SMD & Q.C Departments for any dispute regarding coating application method, coating materials used and type of work.
• Coordinate closely with Executive and Safety Department to ensure work permits are obtained and Safety Procedures are followed.
• Acts as an adviser at site to propose and implement solutions to complex coating issues on behalf of the company.
• Inspection of piping and structural painting / coating activities.
• Conducting receiving inspection of all paint materials including abrasives, paints and thinner, FBE Powder.
