Follows up the standard of Supreme Committee Workers Welfare.

increase workers productivity. Counseling with employees of low productivity.

Housekeeping, transportation, recreation, Pest control, fire fighting system &
Maintenance . Update and Maintain employee records and benefits information.
Assisted HR Manager with projects and duties as requested. prepared recruitment
list and job posting . Update employee files and information. Arrange employee
vacation, Salary Clearance, Medical and passport QID renewal.
Overall responsibility to Manage all staff accommodation (Female, Male, Villas &
Labor accommodation).Managing 3000 plus staff accommodation facilities
different location. 40 staff working under my supervision. Managing all facilities
administration, Security, Catering, Housekeeping, transportation, recreation, Pest
Control Fire Fighting System, Sewerage, Drinking Water, Laundry &
Maintenance . Planning & Contract arrangement for new building. Planning to
purchase & installation of material as per requirements. Mobilization staff as per
company requirements and follow up all standard(Qatar Foundation & Supreme
committee). Handling employees grievance. Arrange to follow up the day to day
activities & audit of facilities. Cost control planning. Follow up with medical cases
in the early repatriation. Follow up day to day operation to improve the business.

instruction of Facilities Manager.
Prepare any minor & major incident reports, records, spreadsheets and
databases. Documents control for all departments.
Daily update the camp management system and turnstile access (GPD System) of
check in and check out. Payment’s record (satellite & penalties).
Office administration works (Time Sheet, Leave & Memos etc.)
Distribution of correspondence and customary clerical tasks.
Receiving payments (Cheque / Cash) from the Clients and keep records.
Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities
As a Facilities Coordinator Manage10300 plus staff accommodation facilities .
185 staff working under my supervision. Managing all facilities administration,
Security, Catering, Housekeeping, transportation, recreation, Pest Control Fire
Fighting System, Sewerage, Drinking Water, Laundry & Maintenance.
Coordinate with camp bosses for smooth operation.
Involving with management team to invite quotations and make
comparison. According to budget of the company.
Preparing cost analysis for the day-to-day activities and monthly cost reports.
Coordinate with new clients for increase company business.
