(1) Brick Layout Finalization with Auto-Cad software.
(2) To get approval of finishing items from customer for each project.

(6) To coordinate with design department and development department to finalize Standard specifications of project.
(7) To coordinate & discuss with clients to finalize brick layout plan and other finishing decisions.
(8) To prepare the cost analysis for the optional & modification work as per requirement of the customer when required.
(9) To check the finishing quality of each apartment & report to construction department for necessary changes.
(10) To execute the handover of finished apartment satisfactorily through a checklist.
(11) To coordinate with construction division for maintenance services for all handed over projects of the company for a period as per agreement made with clients of these building projects.
(12) Cost estimating for completing flat sales permission and registration
(13) Work with ERP (Enterprise resource planning) software.
1)Details drafting various types of Structure, architecture part of building (commercial, Industrial & residential).
2) Client meeting for drawing & design detailing.
3) Supervision for various constructions.
4) Estimation work & check.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil)
