• Worked as a section In - charge of “Screening plant ” from May, 2008 to Dec.2012 responsible for production as well as maintenance & overhauling of equipments like Apron Feeders, Crushers, Screens, Pumps, Classifier, Conveyor systems & EOT Cranes etc. also responsible for resources planning & manpower, analyzing the failure analysis of the equipment and prepare the report to keep as document for record of ISO / audit purpose, CBM analysis of vital equipments, providing safety norms & good environment for the maintenance at site
Worked as a Service Manager of HEM equipments at “Mechanical Service Centre” where the equipment like DMH Drills, Drifter drills (Sandvik), Electric Rope Shovels (BEML) Hydraulic Shovel (TATA HITACHI) etc., for mining production where all these equipments maintenance, repair as well as overhauling works, monitoring and managing the staff, arranging the spares. Planning & organizing through activity chart completing the maintenance & overhauling works in time.
From April, 2014 working as a Project Manager responsible for monitoring of new LSTK projects execution, erection & commissioning, follow up, billing of material for supply & erection works, co-ordination, implementation, control and completion of project within time, stays within budget and meet the requirements, consistent with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Engineer to Sr. Manager in “Hindustan Copper Ltd”, Khetrinagar, Rajasthan November, 1995 to May, 2008 (13+ years) as a Maintenance engineer in smeltter plant as well as Acid & Fertilizer plant.
