Job description (duties and responsibilities, but not limited to):
 Oversees and manage Manateq Logistics Parks, sites, and plots inspection.
 Planned preventive maintenance, CMS, Service plans etc. for assets, equipment, and infrastructure and utilities operation and maintenance.
 Supervise and manage service providers/contracts works.
 Monitor and report plots construction/operational observations.
 Plots inspection activities, Preparation of violation reports, follow-up for corrective actions
 Oversees plots Development compliance and Oversees plots Operational compliance.
 Plots handover/orientation to investors, Providing of site and plot technical data to investors.
 Address and resolve investors interface issues and provide technical support during construction.
 Monitor and supervise plots to see lessees are meeting Manateq regulations.
 Manage and oversees Open yards plots development in Al Karana and Al Khor Zones
 Review and approve CPW (Permit to work) to investors, contractors.
 Provide assistance to Design & projects departments during new projects design & build.
 Oversee and management of requirements for installation of GSM (Mobile) towers in Zones.
 Provide assistance in telecom duct Management subjects.
 Water network flushing and commissioning
 Completed projects handover/taking over process, review, and report of project close-out.
 Define, develop, execute, and manage logistics park enhancement works,
 preparation of budgetary reports, evaluation reports. enhancement works.
 Services deliverable with effective coordination with stakeholders.
