Project: 2.5 MW(DC) Solar PV System Implementation for Al Rabie saudi foods (Project closed due to Covid-19)
Key Result Areas:
•Prepare the master/ detailed schedule for the projects including all breakthroughs activities for pre-design, design, tender and award, construction, and completion activities.
•Build Monthly Progress Reports per site, and the Site Visit Reports to identify the projects with critical issues and reports Critical Projects under construction to the Head of Projects
•Analyse & report commercial impact of project activity on schedule, collaborating closely with commercial department/QS.
•Review the recommendation of the project management consultant when the actual progress deviates from schedule progress so that work may be re-scheduled or accelerated to provide for timely completion.
•Evaluate construction packages progress, percentage of completions (POC), and recommending corrective actions for disciplines, and update status reports in various formats.
•Improve and assist Head of Projects on any review of any claims and variation order issues for further action together with participation in value engineering exercises and value engineering workshops.
•Initiating, executing, and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including day-to-day technical (engineering) aspects.
•Coordinating, controlling, and monitoring status of the project with concerned department to meet desired deadline and cost of project
•Analyse project status and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risks and issues facing the project and suitable solutions
•Coordinating with management and executing multiple tasks in alignment with installation & commissioning functions; reviewing commissioning documentation at all stages of project delivery
•Conceptualizing detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites and project evaluation
•Leading and managing project management team (design, procurement, and excavation team for preparation, assigning tasks and ensure smooth workflow for all electromechanical
•Supervising all site activities that includes providing technical inputs for methodologies of installation and commissioning of equipment & systems
•Identifying & developing a reliable vendor source for achieving cost-effective purchase of equipment, accessories, material with timely delivery to minimize project cost
•Engaging in continuous project monitoring by updating reports such as Master Progress Report, Technical & Document Status Report, and Invoicing Plan
•Managing Day to Day activities and ensuring compliance & implementations of terms & conditions of Operations/Maintenance contract agreement
•The formulation and submitting of inspection and test procedure and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with requirement of client standard and specification, project quality plan and ISO 9001.
•Coordinate and work closely with the Clint for turnaround originations to review procurement requisitions, (SWO).
•Coordinate with the procurement team to prepare contract requests for Quotation and developing contracts as per company policies, specification and controlling organizations need.
•Reviewing and ensuring compliance of contracts and conducing commercial negotiations for best value of proposal and on company interest.
•Controlling and perform activities including revision and amendments, contractual claims, and disputes with in-line company interest.
•Act as the main points of contract and handling contractual activities in-line other department requirement and inputs.
•Preparing contracts activity status reports, identifying overdue and providing delays justification and expecting time for completion.
• Coordinating with all concerned parties and ensuring that all relevant activities compliance with the relevant contracting guideline and instructions.
Domain Expertise:
•Electrical system(380/132/33kv.13.4kva) installation and commissioning (power Transformer, UPS (up to 80KVA), switch system, feeders distribution and transmission system).
•HVAC, Package unit, and chillers, both conventional and precision units (telecom room)
•Fire alarm and firefighting system wet fire sprinkler, FM-200 and Novca systems and Building management system (BMS), security access systems and CCTV.
•Selection, Installation, and commissioning for the following system system: Instruments and Control system, PLC and DCS (siemens- 400, 300, 200 etc, fieldbus).
•Cathodic Protection for onshore and offshore structures.
•Telecom and Its systems, data centre: Cabling infrastructure, Lan, San and switches, equipment racks cabinets, Power and Cooling systems (Crac units and fibre optics communication system)

Key Result Areas:
•Responsible for the successful execution of projects from A to Z and work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
•From the start of the project, you provide a clear description of the installation in consultation with internal customers (production, maintenance, QA, EHS, etc.). Translate these customer expectations into specifications for further project development.
•Responsible for basic and detailed design complying with project objectives and site specifications and requirements.
•Follow up the project execution; Detailed planning that is in line with the general project planning, and ensure timely delivery of the projects within budget, communicating the warnings and deviations to the management team.
•Coordinate purchasing activities (equipment & services) by writing complete RFQ’s and tender books (contractor management).
•Perform the necessary risk analysis and you provide correct documentation.
•Coordinate and supervise the installation of the equipment and carry out the verification / qualification / validation tests of the equipment.
•At the end of the project ensure a complete as-built file and handover of the project to the internal customers production and maintenance.
•Lead projects and manage a (multidisciplinary) cross-departmental project team. Ensure a clear division of tasks within the team.
•In addition, build up the necessary technical knowledge and bring innovative ideas to keep improving.
•You ensure a transparent, fluent, and effective communication with all internal stakeholders as well as with external partners (suppliers, contractors, engineering companies, etc.).
