House connection, Sectional & Crossing Duct details,
• Preparation of all service utilities, Electrical, Roads, Landscape & Hardscape As-built
drawings as per the final approved WIR (Work Inspection report).
• Preparation of Co-Ordination drawings with different services.

• Coordinate with engineers and supervisor to ensure work is going on as per the drafted plan,
• Prepare initial sketches by conferring with Architects & Clients according to their
concepts & Requirements,
• Visit the work site for measurements and planning of the architecture design
• Assisted senior drafter in planning and designing works,
• Work in CAD & Sketchup with vray render to visualize the interior and exterior of
Commercial, Residential & Educational Buildings,
• Checked materials used in construction and prepared a requisition,
• Visited site and ensured workers and supervisor understood the design,
• Contributed to building landscapes for residential and commercial projects
• Performed an administrative tasks such as submitting plans for receiving approval from
the municipality
• Coordinate and supervise the work of draftsperson and other staff engaged in the
construction projects
