Specifications, Approved BOQ and Site Execution Plan.

for Approvals.

statements for Technical and commercial evaluation

Invoice, delivery notes and approved purchase orders to submit them
to finance department for payment processing
• Maintaining and updating Procurement logs to ensure proper
documentation for consultant/client reporting and internal audit
requirement
• Participating in weekly/monthly meetings with consultant and client to
discuss and resolve procurement related issues and ensure smooth
project executions.
• Preparing weekly/Monthly Procurement reports to submit to reporting
managers and attending internal meetings with Project Teams to
maintain smooth operations.
