procedures. Scope of services: Api Integrations, Cloud Saas, ERP Solutions, Retail Applications and Systems, Web Platforms, Portals,
Integrated Business systems, and In-House Developments.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Preserve assets, information security and control structures.

• Managing the entire IT Infrastructure includes Server Management, Application Management, Data Management, Network Management, IT
Inventory and Network and Data Security.
• Day-to-day tasks in Windows Servers, Microsoft Azure and 365, SAP B1, Networking Devices (FortiGate Firewalls, Juniper Devices, Wireless
Devices, Kaspersky Security and Security Functions (CCTV-Biometric and Ups ETC.)
• Windows Servers: AD-DS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Application Server, Windows Print Servers and Virtualizations.
• Performing Data Backups On-premises, Cloud Platforms, and Network Storage.
• Preparing the IT plan and contributing to budget formulation in line with business objectives, ensuring the plan is achieved within budgetary
limits.
• Managing and implementing up-to-date IT policies and procedures, Manage and deliver internal and external SLAs.
• Managing and delivering all IT 3rd party solution providers in the set company scope.
• Implementing suitable measures and guidelines for data integrity, confidentiality of access and protection of technology environment from
malware and intrusions.
• Providing leadership and professional advice on all IT matters and requirements.

• Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the IT systems security and network efficiency.
• Design and implement IT Network Infrastructure for the projects.
• Provide technical support for all end users via phone, email, and remote applications like TeamViewer.
• Support on email accounts, user accounts, shared folders and permissions based on company policies.
• Configure Windows Servers, centralized Software and perform all tasks related.
• Regular check on all IT appliances, updates, firmware, storage, and network devices.
• Support on Attendance System, Microsoft Azure, Intune, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Assist in troubleshooting end user-facing issues including ERP Systems - SAP, Citrix, and Focus.
• Configure Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Emails, and Antivirus with Security as prime objective.
• Implement Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, VMs, NAS, SAN, UPS, and Backups.
• Installation of Hyper-V, VMware, Access Controls, CCTV Cameras, Biometric Systems.
• Responsible for Veeam and Veritas backup jobs of User Data, Servers and VMs.
• Administer IT help desk and handle service requests, Provide training for the employees for new systems.

• Installation, Configurations, Management, Troubleshooting and performance monitoring activities for the Windows Server 2008 & 2008 R2 OS
platforms, as well as client platforms Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10.
• Troubleshoots and resolve end user issues related to Operating system, software installations within SLA parameter.
• Planning and managing new project setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Network connectivity issues for local LAN & WLAN connections and remote VPN connections for Desktops &
Laptops.
• Create user accounts and manage them. Also unlock user account, disable user account, reset user password in live environment.
• Symantec Antivirus client installation, pushing update of latest definition file.
• Adding computers to Domain Controller and configuring the user profile.
• Facing ISO audit for various customers, Installation of New patches, and packages.
• Identifying and removing the unauthorized licensed software in client machines as per organization compliance reports.
