Execution of site as per drawings & specifications. Checking steel reinforcement, centering, shuttering, prepare checklists, carryout field tests on cement and concrete at site, Sub contractor bills verification, Estimation.
• Over all responsible to manage Contractors, Suppliers, Material, Labours, etc for execution of project according to the schedule planning to timely complete the project.
•Checking the Shuttering, Reinforcement, Concreting, Masonry, Plumbing, Sanitation,
Finishing work as per Drawings.
•Responsible for implementing for construction activities as per priority for completion of project within time frame.
• Assist site In-charge in all execution activities work schedule, Planning, Quality and Safety etc.
• Attending Co-ordination weekly meetings with Contractors & sub-contractors etc.
•Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
•Checking the Quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days and 28 days test. Checking the Quality of steel and grade of concrete as per structural requirement, diameter shape, andcement Checking the defects like porosity, slag, excess penetration, air cracks etc.
•Supervision of all Site Activities at the Site as Project In charge.
•Coordination with project concern agencies such as Design Department, consultant, Main Contractor and Sub contractor.
•Close monitoring of site activities as per drawings.
•Sub Contractor Bills Verification Physically & Checked with drawing & Forwarded to HO.
•Estimate Quantities as per drawing before staring of work & It may be easy to procure material at site.
•Organizing and implementing day-to-day execution of works related of construction of multi storied residential & Commercial
•Preparation of monthly progress reports, RA bills, and submission for payments.
•Assessments of work force, provided by associated sub contractors and reporting to the project manager.
•Preparing Detailed Estimations, Rate analysis for all civil items & Preparation of BOQ/BOM as per Structural and Architectural GFC drawings.
