• Correspondence, drafting, filing and sorting them into different categories. Arranging travel schedule, make reservations from the responsible travel agent. Corresponding with incoming and outgoing e-mails. Preparing monthly Programs Grids for each channel of Saudi TV and preparing schedule of live football matches/ tournaments on Saudi TV (Al-Riyadiyah Channel), sending them to all agencies, clients and media buying units by e-mail. Keeping up to date contact information of agencies and clients including e-mail addresses. Fulfilling the time to time request and requirements of agencies and clients.

• Responsible for distribution of monthly magazine Speed Auto and bi-monthly magazine Nawaem to agencies and clients. Preparing Invoices and keeping track of payments from advertising agencies/clients. Preparing yearly Sales Reports and monthly schedule of advertisements in Magazine. Preparing distribution list of all advertising agencies/ clients and keeping track of up to date contact information of all companies. Corresponding with agencies and clients through e-mails or by fax. Keeping weekly track records of the competitors through Statex program. Handling and preparing petty cash statement.

• Preparing Internal memos, following day to day activities in office as instructed by Project Manager, purchasing stationery, kitchen items, maintenance of printers and copy machines. Responsible for receiving and sending courier and maintaining records. Communicate and solving the problems of labors and other staff with head office in Riyadh.
