❖ Shutdown Responsibilities:

Meticulous Planning of Shutdown activities, complete planning of spares, manpower and deployment in a demanding schedule.

Arranged the PTW in various areas and deployment of manpower and resources
along with coordination among various engineering departments.

Supervise the shutdown activities until completion and acceptance.

Work completed report preparation and submission to Maintenance Sr. Manager.

As a project lead engineer perform acting Construction Manager duties, successfully
delivered the projects within allocated budget and schedule to required quality resulting in reputation and profits to the company by gaining client satisfaction and confidence leading to more business generation.

Conducted FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for CCTV systems in Singapore with Vendor (Transtel) & EPC (Daelim).

Develop time-saving methodologies for data collection and coordination with different site representatives to follow up on project progress.

Periodically communicated and presented client the weekly & monthly project progress updates to gain on time payment generation.

Conducted meetings with the sub-contractors to go through the critical issues.

Negotiate and managed all sub-contractors activities and issues on time to accomplish project milestone.

Investigate the reasons for less satisfactory performance, provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement.

Reporting directly to the IT GM and Director.

❖ Experience

Performing Construction activities in accordance with the latest applicable Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES, SAEP).

Communicate with Saudi Aramco Dhahran & Ras Tanura focal points for the project
related issues and implement at site.

Prepare the standard quality procedures for Project Related Systems as per Saudi Aramco Standards.

Attend the meetings with Saudi Aramco & PMT teams for Procurement & Weekly Progress as well construction update meetings.

Guide the team to arrange all kinds of documents for the Materials as per Saudi Aramco QC requirements.

Re-Routing of Fence CCTV system for the Guard House (Security Gate) of the north construction fence for the Abu Ali new GOSP Plant.

Manage the project engineers, planners, schedulers, cost controllers & document controllers etc.

Review and analyze supplier, sub-contractor invoices, maintain project cost structure to ensure cost reporting consistency.

Work with key stakeholders to identify project risks and lead the cost and schedule contingency management process for assigned projects.

Review overall job status with planning engineers, schedulers, cost controllers and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Maintain detailed change management records, analyze change order values against current budget and prepare reconciliation to include in forecast at
completion reports.

Working close with the project team to ensure a successful outcome against the baseline schedules with the best utilization of the resources.

Improve the on-time completion percentage KPI of the projects by initiating project controls department.


❖ Maintenance Responsibilities:

Hands on experience on configuring Tetra Radio’s, CCTV Cameras (Process & Security).

❖ Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-Up Responsibilities:

Done the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up of all the 11 Process Plants inside Saudi Kayan for IT & Telecom and Security systems including verifying the installation, functional test & Integration test.


❖ Shutdown Responsibilities:

Meticulous Planning of Shutdown activities, complete planning of spares,
manpower and deployment in a demanding schedule.

Handle alone all IT activities, IP Phones also
Video Conference systems with one Team Leader).
* Responsible for all IT activities including installing, troubleshooting and maintenance and
solving problems.
* Troubleshooting of all problems and dealing with PC’s, Laptops, Desktop Printers, Network
Printers, IP Phone’s, Network Scanners and Cisco Video Conference Systems connecting Inside
& Outside of KSA. (Single & Multi Locations).

* Troubleshoot of all SAP (V6.0, 6.9) related problems.
* Dealing with all SABIC Vendors for IT related equipment’s.
* Raise the purchase requisitions for spare parts as & when required.

requirements, then update to my Team Leader.
* Attending meetings with Company President and GM’s including Managers, giving information

* Configured and maintain the MFP Network Printers and Network Plotters.
* Work as Administrator for the IPT server in Saudi Kayan. (Assigning, Configuring & Installing).

 Plan, deploy and operate the IT infrastructure of the company, which includes servers, network,
telephony, desktops and workstations.
