− Contributed Technical Specifications for the Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation for 4 projects for Public Safety Networks in the government projects of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to upgrade the legacy systems.
− Conducted Technical Evaluation of the Vendor bids for the 4 projects each of 100 Million US$.
− Finalized Scope of Work for the 4 projects in consultation with the winning bidder company.
− Reviewed and approved the Vendor Test Plans to implement the network.
− Monitored TETRA Public Safety Networks rollout and System Engineering.
− Prepared system status updates and weekly performance reports.
− Consulted with user agencies, administrators and engineers to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications and technology purchases.
− Documented technical specifications and operating standards for proposed telecommunications equipment and improvements over the existing legacy systems.
− Coordinated with Vendor, Field Teams and Client for regular preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
The Master programme covers Microwave Communication advance subjects and Radar Systems. In the final year Thesis project the 2GHz and 8GHz Digital Microwave Radio System overall design concept was proposed, which was much appreciated by the faculty members.
I had scored highest marks in the overall four year course. The Direction Finder project submitted in the final year was designed and the working model was submitted to track and align the antenna in the direction of the maximum signal for effective communication. Received may accolades for this novel experiment at college level.
