Maintain existing automated machines, often this involves retro-fitting old manual and automated machines with new controls systems.
Tracking actual performance against planned performance, analyse material and labour variances, investigating production delays and take necessary action to ensure all process issues are corrected.

Work closely with installation personnel during plant start-up, equipment test runs and during machine installation and commissioning.
High level of technical and troubleshooting skills including fault finding of electrical circuits and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Document all inspections, maintenance, service work for MCC’s electrical and control panels and report if any abnormalities.
Effectively diagnoses electrical failures and seeks for opportunities to improve equipment performance.
Supervising the electrical section in maintenance related job to ensure that maintenance work are carried out in accordance with accepted safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Provides technical support in the identification and resolution of problems performs root cause analysis and take effective steps to mitigate future occurrences.
Ensure materials and spares stock holdings are adequate for planned and scheduled maintenance work.
