 Coordinate HSE training of employees to ensure
competency of workforce is maintained as required
 Provide HSE statistics and report HSE activities to
management, Business Units and Client Representatives
 Ensuring compliance of ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits

✓ Aligning organization procedures-implementing the safety standards at work areas
✓ Preparing site specific OHSE plans for the projects.
✓ Reviewing Method statements, JSA and giving value additions/fine tuning.
✓ Ensuring work environment complying with all applicable legal requirements.
✓ Reviewing Risk Assessments and Aspect Impact Analysis for every activity.
✓ Preparing Site Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedure Plans. Allocating emergency responsibilities to Project team and Monitoring.
✓ Reviewing Work Permit system and Ensuring its effectiveness.
✓ Educating the staff and workers about safety and bring the awareness about safety through periodical safety trainings.
✓ Investigating the incidents and near misses. Preparing incident and near miss reports.
✓ Encouraging the safety committee and playing the advisory/catalyst role.
✓ Conducting the safety standard audits.
✓ Ensuring Chemical Handling Storage procedures are as per standards.
✓ Ensuring Lifting Plans for Mechanical Critical Liftings.
✓ Inspection of Tools and Tackles.
✓ Monitoring the Unsafe acts and conditions and reporting unsafe acts/conditions.
✓ Preparing the proactive Safety action plans.
✓ Ensuring Fire and Safety as per standards.
✓ Presentation of the site safety statistics.

✓ Compliance of applicable legal requirements.
✓ Investigates industrial accidents to minimize recurrence.
✓ Plant Fire and Safety inspection and related awareness creating in employees.
✓ Preparing the Emergency Response procedures and train the staff and workers.
✓ Conducting internal Safety Audits and reviewing the procedures.
✓ Maintaining Safety related Records and Reports. ✓ Conducting Safety Mock Drill Programs.
✓ Preparing Job safety Analysis for every activity. ✓ Ensuring Safety Inductions for newly joined workers and staff.
✓ Conducting Job Specific Trainings.
