1.Assist customers with questions they may have regarding their flight status, travel arrangements and airport services
2.Answer calls from the public and provide information on air travel, security requirements, ground transportation and other services
3.• Respond to queries from airport users both on the phone and face to face
4.Maintain a good relationship with airline personnel, immigration and custom officers under the guidance of the Manager.
5.Other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management.
