Making Checks Master Excel after mapping with other concern reports. Allocation of work to colleagues, publishing productivity of all team member, and helping them to solve all queries related to allocated work.
Making Background Verification Check reports, verifying all documents of concern client, candidate related to their provided records of address, employment, education, criminal, identity proof, etc.
Coordinating with all concern departments via phone, email to complete the all allocated reports.
Making daily closures of all completed reports of all team members and reporting it to superiors.
Making daily MIS Reports (MNP Master Tracker, Sales Master Tracker & other daily work reports), with MS Office & Company Application (using excel formulas, Vlookup, Pivots, Counts, data analyses, Etc.) and reporting it to director and superiors.
Responsible as back office manager, allocating work to subordinates and getting allocated work done through subordinates.
Coordinating with all concern departments (Sales, Field, Process, etc.) to complete MIS reports & daily work.
Dealing with escalated customers, finding solutions for their problems & replying on mails, telephone & direct meetings.
Maintaining office records (supplier, contractor, labor, cash transaction etc.) in Tally & MS Office.
Making quotations, sales bills, purchase bills, payment/receipt vouchers, e-mails, official letters, all sites expenses details, and site visits for follow-ups & site details etc.
Coordination work with all site supervisors for requirement (material, labour, cash, etc.) of ongoing sites.
Purchasing work, making/receiving payments of all sites.
