This company manufactures sugar from sugarcane juice. I have worked here for two seasons.
In the first off-season I had to clean, repair and maintain the boiler and run the boiler by
workers. Second, in the on-season, I was given responsibility for half the company to solve a
technical problem in sugar production.
Its a Boiler Manufacturing Company. Which is manufacturing smoke & water tube boiler, non pressure part of boiler, etc. In during period my role on quality control and IBR paper work. I was entrusted with the important task of preparing all documents according to as per IBR roles, such as visit reports, job cards, and IBR folders. Additionally I was checking ongoing and ready jobs quality, Size, etc.
Here I worked as a site engineer. In this I had to assemble and erection a 5 TPH Water Tube Boiler.
Its a Boiler Manufacturing Company. Which is manufactured 25 TPH water tube boiler and related part. Here I worked as a supervisor for arrangement material required and control manpower.
This is my training period. In this company I worked under second class boiler attendant. And there I learned how to prepare a boiler for hydraulics, maintenance, and repair of heating plant equipment.
