Performing coordination works between MEP and Civil activities and laying out Look Ahead Program for the Project.
Leading Civil Team and Sub-Contractors throughout the project till successful completion.
Following Local Authority Protocols, Regulations and applying them in the Project.
Planned and coordinated work requiring modification of standard engineering techniques, procedure and criteria.
Continuation of work flow to be maintained throughout the project without letting any activities Hinder the progress.
Conducting Site Meetings between Client, Consultant & Contractors in order to maintain track of project as per clients requirements.
Dealing Variations in the project with a professional approach.
Coordinating with Drafting Team and Site Team to transform designs changes and apply at Site.
Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost.
Chasing MEP contractors for completing their work on time and inflow with Civil.
Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff and making progress reports for weekly activities.
Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management.
