- Managing and assigning of complaints and call logs in workshop and site locations
- Supervision of under repair jobs in workshop and updating the daily repair progress to workshop management
- Supervising the preventive maintenance job such as equipment's major service including the hydraulic systems, engine
service and lubrication activity

- Supervision of warranty and modification jobs in coordination with the manufacturer, Kingdom wide
- Registering the quality related issue of product to the QC department of OEM (Tadano Cranes) as well as the customer
reports and complaints
- Working in collaboration with the parts team for analyzing reliability and life (as per the condition of machine or OEM
standards) of machine parts and to recommend replacement or overhauling of the subjected parts to customer
Heavy Equipment Division
- Hands on experience of Heavy Equipment on Tadano Lifting Equipment, a Japanese brand alongside work experience on
brands Nifty lift, Wacker Neuson & Dulevo Sweepers
- Worked on the product range of Hyundai Construction Equipment, which includes Excavators and Wheel Loaders
- Worked on different types of cranes including All Terrain Cranes (capacity 80 tons to 220 tons), Rough Terrain Cranes
(capacity 30 tons to 145 tons) and Cargo Cranes
- Conducted operational and equipment safety training to operators
- Daily activity included preventive maintenance of machines, troubleshooting on sites as hydraulic fault diagnosis
(components include Pumps, Motors, Hydraulic valves etc.), diagnosis for engine faults and overhauling, electrical problem
solving as well
- Carried out heavy mechanical jobs which includes the boom dismantling, dismantling of different hydraulic
actuators and re-sealing
- Inspection of equipment to ensure the health of machines and also carrying out performance test for Tadano cranes and
Hyundai equipment
