Acting as Senior- System Administrator to identify and implement solutions to problems affecting IT services. Providing 1st/2nd Line and some 3rd Line support over the telephone, remotely and face to face with clients & internal staff members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all the IT Devices connected in Data Center to Maintain secure and stable IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide Immediate supports for any alerts in servers, filer, internet, connectivity to other branch offices, HVAC, and other Equipment’s connected in the Data center.
• Providing Support after working hours and in weekends for upgrade in Datacenter or in case of outages/emergencies.
• Racking and cabling of all Servers, Netapp filers, Switches, Routers & Avaya & Cisco Telephone systems in the Datacenter.
• Provides essential system and network administration support for servers, network hardware, data storage equipment, virtual desktop software, printer, workstation, and other network connected hardware and associated software.
• Participate in maintaining and administering the existing infrastructure.
• Assist in planning for the future strategy of internal systems and infrastructure.
• Strong customer orientation and a professional approach with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Work closely with the Global IT Team at all levels to ensure smooth-running of the organization.
• Performing all the IT activities through ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Manage and support all clients (Aramco, Sabic and others) IT requirements and troubleshoot network related issues to connect it to their network.
Install, configure, and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud hosted servers, workstation desktops and laptops, network devices firewalls,
switches, routers, access points, and VPNs.
• Administer operating systems, such as Windows Server, Windows 10 Pro, 11 Pro, or other relevant platforms.
• Administrating Odoo ERP System for all the five group of companies, creating Account and providing particular module permission to ERP
Users.
• Work with the Security Team in performing routine system, application, and device monitoring, alerting, and reporting tasks.
• Work with the Security Team to implement security best practices to protect systems and data.
• Work with the Security Team to respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control for Office 365, Active Directory Domain Controller Azure AD, SharePoint, and
various other applications and systems.
• Conduct regular backup & recovery using Windows Server Backup and validate their reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with other IT Team Members to resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures including creating technical
manuals, system diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist in the evaluating and sourcing hardware, software, and application solutions to meet the needs of the company.
• Lead efforts in managing inventory and licensing for hardware and software.
• GFI Lan Guard Patch Management, vulnerability scanning, and network auditing.

Network Access:
• Creates & Maintain Project & Proposal folders (Aramco, Non-Aramco & Offshore) and provide access to Discipline Users as per Management requirements.
• Creates all Discipline Security Groups and provide access to users.
• Provide access to other network folders like (Engineering, P&O, finance, management, training & others) with folder owner approval.
• Create New User Account from AD and Email from Exchange Server.
• Provide access to New Hire as per discipline requirements.
• Creating and maintaining user mailbox and functional mailbox for users and projects.
• Managing Citrix Share File system to provide user FTP link to Upload and Download files.
• Create/manage user permissions based on the business requirement.
• Providing additional network points in office & cubicles by pulling cables and terminating it in the Patch Panel.
• Installing & Configuring Internet Access Points in Floors as per the Company & Client requirement.
• Troubleshooting of WAN connections issues and follows up with ISP if required.
• Providing support for all kinds of network problems, hardware, and software issues.
• Other activities include creating and Managing User Accounts, Groups, Account Policy, User Rights & Permissions, Auditing, User Profiles and System Policies.
• Troubleshoot Email/User Account related Problems like Account Lockout, reset password, forwarding Emails to other Email Account etc. using Active Directory & Exchange Server.
• Giving access Rights Permissions on files and Folders to users or Security Groups.
Software Management:
• Installing/Deploying All Engineering & Designing Software through SCCM & Manually.
• Install, Monitor, and maintain all Engineering Software licenses in the organization.
• Update latest software versions releases in all user’s machine and troubleshoot problems.
• Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Provides Monthly software report to the Engineering Management.
• Work closely with the Engineering Management for the requirement/implementation of software’s in the organization.
• Coordinate with software vendors, request quotations and technical support.
• Performs administration activities including routine maintenance and support for Workstation, networking, and telephone system.
Data Backup:
• Providing support to Global IT team for exporting and importing of backup tapes in the Quantum Backup Media Library.
• Responsible for Managing & tracking all the backup tapes.
• Restore backup files from server for users.
Telephone & Security System:
• Administration & Support Avaya IP telephones System, including moves and changes.
• Administration & Support Cisco Unified CM Administration IP telephones, including moves and changes.
• Manage Velocity Security system with creating groups, user and provide proper permission of Door access to users & clients.
• Manage Lenel Security system with creating groups, user and provide proper permission of Door access to users & clients.
Hardware:
• Manage printing with papercut printing solution, configuring new printers, and providing color/B&W printing access to users.
• Configuring Outlook, MS Team, and Printers in the user’s Computer.
• Support all client’s hardware and network issues.
• Perform all the IT activities through Service-Now, SCCM & ICD ticketing systems.
• Configure & connect existing Avaya & Cisco Telephone system with proper calling access to users and clients.
• Administrating WASP Software for IT Asset inventory Management.
• Administrating Paper Cut Server (Print Management software solution to Track & control unlimited.
• Configuring and Managing Windows file & Print server. Installing local printer, network printers and plotters (KIP, Sharp, Nashuatec, Xerox, HP) and maintaining them.
PI- Consult was formed in 1988 and GES Contractor to Saudi Aramco since 1989 and General Engineering
Services contractor to Saudi Electric Company since 2008. PI- Consult was merged with Mustang HDP in 2011.
Duties & Responsibilities:
