•To ensure that the product quality should comply 100%, to match the define standard of Tema foods company & regulatory standards.
•Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management, RND, re implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
•Communicate line issues, critical problems, equipment issues to Maintenance manager.
•Check quality of finished goods, if there is any abnormality communicates to the Plant Manager, Company Buyer.
•Hygiene & Sanitation, Audits preparation & documentation, Internal Audits.
•Verify the CCP record on daily basis.
•Control recipe as per SASO standard. As per specification.
•Raw Material or ingredients testing & new product development.
•Communicate line issues, critical problems, equipment issues to Maintenance manager.
•Check quality of finished goods, if there is any abnormality communicates to the Plant Manager, RND team & QC team
•Successfully lead the ISO 22000: 2005, & ISO 9001 many more audit & come with the positive result which helps organization in growth, for improving the sales of the existing product.
•Documentation of Quality Assurance \control Process.
