Answer all incoming calls
•Dealing with telephone enquiries or refer them to the relevant staff member
•Answer face-to-face enquiries and provide information when required
•Greet visitors and ensure that notification of any person(s) being visited are informed of arrival of visitor in a timely manner and kept informed as and when required
•Responsible for the organization and coordination of the Reception making sure that they are kept in the best possible order at all times
••Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
•Send confirmations for any meeting booked, administration and related filing associated with room booking
•Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment
•Receive and distribute mails to appropriate recipients
•Set up and maintain office files, logs and listings
•Ensure all printers in all offices are constantly stocked with paper and print cartridges
•Send and reply to emails
Welcoming guests
•Conducts daily guest survey
•Giving directions
•Acknowledge, meet and greet all customers.
•Assist queues to go through the ticket barriers and screening machines.
•Solving the problem on the spot
•Receive payment by cash, credit card, store value
•Checking daily cash accounts
•Guiding and solving queries of customer
•Providing training and assistance to new joined colleague
