• Attending weekly Project Co Ordination meetings & other PMT/Engg. meetings as required.
• Communicate with client technical team ensure comments and waivers have been discussed and closed.
• Capabilities to handle individual projects, handle many Aramco & Sabic, Sadara projects.
• Preparing the ITP & weld map for projects (Preparation of ITP for Sabic & Aramco Projects)
• Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Qualification Record (WPQ).
• Reviewing the MTCs Quality check on the material and installation as per the quality specification and codes.
• Prepare all inspection reports for the individual activities inspected as per the requirement.
• Monitoring and inspecting the prefabrication works by the construction, including the inspection of incoming materials, material handling, heat number transfer, Fit-up inspection prior to release for welding.
• Verify that all PMI of material has been performed as per specification. Witness final pressure tests, including hydro test and pneumatic test. Witnessing Visual inspection of Weldments.
• Inspection of Heat treatment such as Preheating, Post Weld Heat Treatment, De Hydration as per Standard.
• Monitoring of activities like electrode baking, Voltage, Current, Inter pass temperature, Preheating.
• Preparation of inspection reports.

• Initial inspection of the location for affected areas of Shell during initial visual inspection
• Fit up & weld Nozzle Pipe to Flange and Nozzle to insert plate.
• Perform weld visual examination and PT.
• R.F. Pad leak test.
• Visual & Final Dimensional Inspection of Repair area with client & AI.
• Hydro test as required as per the approved hydro test procedure.
• Preparation of "Report of Repair" (Form R1).
• Verification and installation of NBIC "R" nameplate.
• Inspection of Heat treatment such as Preheating, Post Weld Heat Treatment, De Hydration as per Standard.
• Review of document such as Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Qualification Record.
• Monitoring of activities like electrode baking, Voltage, Current, Inter pass temperature, Preheating.
• Review of calibration reports.
• Stage-wise & final inspection of the job as per Inspection and Test Plan, Code & Specification.
Preparation of inspection reports. Fit up and weld visual inspection.

• Incoming material inspection as per ASME codes and Client specifications.
