•Responsible to provide L1/L2 Supports for Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and application like Microsoft Exchange, MS Office, Viper, etc.
•Installations & configuration of DNS and Active directory.
•Installations & configuration of Additional Domain Controller and secondary DNS.
•Create domain user, Group and OU. Keep the entire users department wise in AD consol.
•As the company requirement, assign permission and unassigned permission to domain users with the help of GROUP POLICY.
