-Research and providing competitive information regarding the Steel industry.
-Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
-Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
-Maintaining a key customer base by ensuring profitable business relationships.
-Maintaining a current understanding of industry trends and technical developments that influence target accounts.
-Marketing & Sales of Steel products with proactive manner.
-Monitoring & evaluation of competitors and following the market evolutions.
-Regularly travelling for markets identification, market development, meeting with clients and routine follow up with projects and institutions.
-Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales objectives.
-Building relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects through calls, emails, direct meetings.
-Communicating effectively with Purchasing, Finance departments and Follow up on all serious inquiries.
-Developing and maintaining accurate databases of contact information on Contractors.
-Managing staff and continue to build the team involved in Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Sales Support and quoting.
-Supporting management with planning for Medium and long term Growth.
*Leading the business development activities including identifying, engaging with both new and existing clients.

*Travelling to visit potential customers and getting involved in an early stage of new projects.
*Submitting quotation, Technical and Compliance submittal to the client.
*Follow up and negotiating with customer on price, delivery and specifications to finalize the job.
*Coordinating with ware house for dispatch of materials, submitting invoices and collecting payments.
*Preparing reports based on activities and Market research.
*Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance.
*Follow up with customers on their projects status, Material requirements and status of submitted quotations.
*Updating clients on upcoming shipment of materials and enquiring on their requirements.
*Monitoring activities of competitors by collecting information regarding pricing, products and market demands.
*Arranging meeting with potential customers for new business.
*Organizing and attending trade exhibitions to market product.
*Preparing quotations for incoming enquiries by fax and e-mail.
*Responding quickly and efficiently to all sales enquiries by telephone.
*Following up with ware house for material reservations and servicing.
*Issuing Sales orders and raising invoices.
*Preparing sales contracts, sales reports and presentations.
*Participating in inventory count.
*Updating client database for K.S.A and GCC regions.
