Working as a NEOM Quality representative, to manage the implementation of the overall Quality Management System, policies, procedures, and standards. To support by resolving the critical Quality issues with the PMC and Contractors for the proper and smooth execution of the Quality related activities. Attending Progress Quality Weekly Meetings for multiple Work Orders/Projects, consisting of Neom Village, Ports Marine Works, Infrastructure/Assets Works, Residential Units, Roads, Water Transmission Pipelines and Water Reservoir Tank. Scheduling awareness/training sessions for Contractors/Vendors, Site Walkthroughs, Discussing the NCRs issues, Preparing the Root Cause Analysis Reports. On ACONEX, reviewing PQPs, IPTs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, CVs of key personnel, participating in Quality audits and advising accordingly. Manages project audit program. Prepares and implements the project inspection strategy to cover all project phases. Preparing Weekly Quality Dashboard by reflecting the Project KPIs’ performance.
Managing and Implementing the Quality Standards for various In-house & Out-Source Healthcare Projects. Establishing the QMS Processes as per business requirements. Attending meetings with Vendors and Supply Chain Team members to finalize the Material Issues. Mobilizing the team members from one Project to another Project. Preparing the Quality Control Reports. Discussing and finalizing the Method Statements with Project Stakeholders. Keeping NCRs numbers under allowable limits of the Projects. Making advance Planning of the department to achieve the Project milestones.
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:
o Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;
o Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;
o Providing leadership, mentor-ship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel. Taking full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed.
Monitor day to day operations of the QC Department to guarantee compliance of an ISO 9001 QMS. Implementing the Quality Control Procedures, Manual processes for conducting day to day Operations, Tests and Inspections. Evaluating the Quality Performance as per Client’s requirements. Monitored and implemented the Internal Compliance Audit Program. Developed the QA/QC documentation for the Project (Manuals, Plans, ITPs, Procedures, Instructions, Inspection Forms and Quality Records). Insured that all Quality Regulatory and Contractual requirements and Company policies are respected. Discussing the technical matters with the Technical department, Consultant and Client. Coordinating Non-Conformity issues with Construction Supervision team. Verifying the Calibration of the equipments available/ used at the Project. Conducting QA/QC awareness programs and workshops. Established and Implemented the Reporting System for QA/QC department i.e. Daily, Weekly & Monthly QA/QC reports.
Site Inspections with Consultant & Client representatives for different activities of the project, such as Trenching, Bedding, Pipe laying, Backfilling, Asphalting, Water Proofing and Hydrostatic Testing for the Valves and for the main Pipe Lines. Observing the Hydrostatic Testing for Butterfly valves, Air valves and Wash out Valves, the testing procedure includes: Visual testing, Body testing of the valves under Normal Working Pressure and the Design Pressure. DFT Testing. Preparing QC reports on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis. Submitting and following up with MRIRs and RFIs to Consultant. Inspecting the damaged Cement Mortar Lining of the Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings. Checking the external coatings for the Ductile Iron Pipes & also inspecting the external and internal coatings for Carbon Steel Pipes. Witnessing all the activities for Thrust boring; from launching pit up to interfacing between Carbon Steel Pipes and Ductile Iron Pipes.
Co-ordinating with all the discipline heads for ongoing Construction activities. Maintaining Quality control and Quality assurance. To inspect the Reinforcement, Formwork, Block Works, Tiles, Marbles, Plaster, Paint, False Ceiling, Doors, Windows, Road Marking in the Parking Areas. Attending Site meetings: Progress Meetings- Internal Safety Meetings- Internal Progress and Planning Meetings with Consultant and Client. Co-coordinating with sub-contractors regarding site executions, progress, Checking and Verifying the Quantities of the Work done as per site execution. Discussing the Technical issues with consultant & client. Supervising the Site in such a way that it should meet the work schedule.
Responsible for the Site Execution for the Block Work, Plaster Work, Waterproofing, Tiles Work, Marble Work, Paint Work, Epoxy Painting Work, Fixing of Doors & Windows, Fixation of Bathroom & Kitchen accessories. Basement Car Parking & Road Markings with Sign Markings. Checking the Availability of the Material & Manpower. Coordinating with Consultant & Sub-Contractors to followup for the Inspections. Verifying the Labor Time Sheets & Over Times. To Control the Cost & to Reduce the wastage of the Material. Focusing on the Site Progress in order to meet the Deadlines.
Executing the Pile Works by checking the sounding of the pile, Cage lowering, Concreting works required for frictional piles of different diameters. Checking the required excavation for the foundation of pile caps/footings and Tie Beams, Reinforcement, Shuttering and concreting Works. Executing and Checking the shuttering for Columns, Slabs and beams for High rise building. Checking the Block work Plaster, Paint, Tiles, Marbles Work & False Ceiling activities at site. To check the fixing of Doors, Windows, Wardrobes, Toilet and Bathroom Accessories. Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety by monitoring project progress, verifying quantities against executed activities. Performing site execution, man power and material management on site, executing the job as per drawings, ensure project progress as per time set and budgets by maintaining quality works.
