Ensure the bid strategy is clearly communicated to the wider bid team to deliver a comprehensive and compelling proposition
Organizing and overseeing proposal writing, editing, and illustration and production efforts in response to requests for proposals, information and oral presentations.
Guiding proposal team writers and financial analysts in preparing the technical and cost components of the proposal, including understanding of the task, plan such as safety plan, security plan, quality plan, past performance and personnel.
Reviewing proposal draft and final versions for responsiveness to RFP, thoroughness, accuracy, staffing, financial considerations, quality and effective design and layout.
Give support and assistance to other bid managers and team members as required, to ensure bid management provides an effective and value added function throughout the business.
