Attending the morning meeting, take the current issues and implement the daily basis. To solve customer related issue. Prepare production report on monthly basis send it to plant manager. Making power point presentation for showing production progress report to senior management.

Minimizing the possibilities of machine breakdown by timely intimation maintenance department.
Try to maximum utilization of machine and also try to increase efficiency target.
Optimum utilization of manpower, continuously improvement in quality of product and rejection percentage controlling.
Training of injection moulding operators.

Making the action plan.
Empowerment and motivation plan
Performing internal System, Process and Product audits & Safety Audits.
Check and improvement of finishing line rejection rate.
Sometimes making mold change plan.
