Ensure all SAP (HR system) related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.

Work Profile - HR Operations CoE Executive at General Electric (India); currently handling off-boarding activities for the employees of GE India. Activities in brief are:

• Coordinating with the Employees and their respective Managers and HRMs, and with other clients (external and internal) involved in exit process followed by GE, to avoid compliance and integrity issues and ensure timely execution of the pre-exit and post-exit formalities.

• Orchestration of Full & Final settlement

• Monitoring queries and concerns raised by the employees or any clients related to pre-exit and post-exit process (including full & Final settlement), and ensuring delivery of timely responses and solutions

• To issue all the formal exit related documents to the employees on time.

Administration and Personnel Management of more than 140 Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools by ensuring the compliance of policies and procedures of the organization by the employees.

• Solved day-to-day HR related queries; instigated inquiries and disciplinary actions, based on self evaluation and assessment of the inquiry reports and the recommendations made by the inquiry committee therein, to resolve conflicts and solve grievances.

• Prepared reports, written correspondences with Regional Offices and Schools, and other documents such as Circulars, Notices, Termination Order, Acceptance of Resignation, Sanction of various types of Leave, etc.
• Maintained computerized personnel records and ensured accurate records of the staff details.

• Assisted in the recruitment process through screening of the resumes received, and by administering the process of recruitment.

• Provided insights to bring developmental changes in the administrative policies.
