Key Deliverables:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Install/ remove hardware and software. Troubleshoot problems relating to computer peripherals like (Printers/Scanners/Hardware & Software’s)
Testing and evaluating new technology.

April, 2013: I have taken my internship in Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) for two months, from 17th February 2013 to 11th April 2013. I worked under different aeries of IT such as help desk team, infrastructure and system team, IT Management & IT Risk Management team, Networking and Security team and Database & Enterprise Architecture team.
