- Deliver unrivalled Flavors Experience for snacks portfolio for AMESA
region in line with global flavor strategy and lead challenging
renovation program.
- Lead seasoning/flavor development from idea inception through
finished product commercialization for AMESA across all snacks
brands
- Develop flavor strategies including optimum sourcing routes for all
AMESA snacks incorporating flavor trends and flavor mapping.
- Lead multiple global projects for which AMESA is the lead market
developing global strategy and ensuring global compatibilities
New product development research:
Create new products & improve formulations for B2C and B2B
including HORECA business based on their needs
Reduce cost, lowering product price, and enhance sensory
properties that make more attractive, improve nutritional
values, to provide dietary needs, improve food safety and
conveniences.
Ensure product compliance to governmental local, and
international regulations (EFSA. FDA, ..etc.), prepare all
supporting documents for new re/launches claims or label
change
Food Ingredient research;
Initiating innovation round table with big suppliers (paslgard,
DSM, BASF, etc) working on fortifications for oils/fats/sugar and
pasta with nutrients, vitamins, minerals, food additives, and new
market trends (low fat/calorie foods) ..etc.
Managing product development projects from ideation phase till
commercialization
Lead all product qualification steps covering sensory evaluation
(descriptive and discriminative) testing methodologies, lab
incubation, chemical, physical analysis, production/piolet trials,
..etc.
Develop and implement procedures for monitoring projects
taking into account international best practices.
Support all business units to improve international Savola
brands in the middle east and Europe
Working with all manufacturing sites to establish new
technologies and new products manufacturing techniques for
edible oils and fats, sugar and pasta industries
Innovation pipeline management with marketing
Global initiatives, standardization
Formula development for household products (hard surfaces,
dish wash and laundry cleaner)
Alternative technologies
Innovation and technology filling pipeline
Gain project steering
Standardization of tools and methods
IP strategy
Product lifecycle management
Capacity steering
New ingredients development
Claim support for a marketing campaign
