- Develop, implement, and maintain R&D Internal HR policies & procedures
- Develop and seek approval for the annual departmental budget; ensure that plans are within agreed budgets and timescales and aligned to the approved business plan
- Implement the new shared service model (Training, Performance Management and Org Design) in compliance with the provided authority matrix and the approved procedures.
- Manage document archiving activities to ensure confidentiality of records and ease of retrieval
- Provide accurate information to external and internal auditors in a timely manner
- Handle training travel bookings with travel agents
- Work collaboratively with QF HC team to smooth the process of performance management, professional development plans, timely feedback, and reward & recognition practices
- Support the activities for the whole R&D Division in relation to the objective setting cycle and performance appraisal cycle and address all QF HC and The Division needs
- Support the workforce planning cycle across the R&D division and make sure of the proper implementation in ERP
- Perform the activities related to the job analysis and evaluation and ensure the reflection of the outcome in ERP
- Perform the needed process for the Organization change requests and obtain the necessary approval in line with QF guidelines and policies
- Plan, evaluate, implement and obtain the required approvals for the additional headcount
- Support the activities of the TNA and ensure all R&D training needs are addressed efficiently
- Develop Career development plan for R&D Division employees
- Develop and implement professional development programs to address the training needs for R&D
- Attend HR committee meetings, track action items and provide reports to R&D management
- Act as a focal point with HRIS or QF IT for any required system enhancements
- Handling the HR Automation projects in coordination with QF IT, monitoring the implementation timelines and updating the stakeholders with the projects milestones.
- Gather the Automation Requirements from the HR departments analyze it and prepare the required documentations (BRD, Business case, etc.) to proceed with the automation plan.
- Prepare Business Cases, Requirement gathering documents and RFPs.
- Liaise with IT department to implement, develop the requirements.
- Monitor, supervise, organize the scoping sessions required to gather all the detailed automation requirements from/with the stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of the development stage and report any risks or delays in the project.
- Arrange for CRPs of the automation deliverables and report any required enhancements.
- Assist in testing phase.
- Analyze and evaluate the technical proposals submitted by the vendors.
- Implement a communication method through designing and developing HTML monthly progress announcements
- Develop end user guides/manuals to help the employees properly use the system.
