Advises on HSE matters including systems of wok, safety occupational health and environmental concerns pertaining to projects locations
Ensure that lifting and slinging operations pertaining to projects works conducted safely and efficiently.
Ensures that all personnel possess and implement Company PPE policy.
Conduct emergency drills and exercises on rigs.
Promote safety awareness among personnel, conducting frequent HSE trainings, inductions and presentations
Carries out regular HSE inspections & audits fields, and at work facilities to ensure proper adherence to the company’s regulations and procedures
Reports all anomalies and cases of “near miss” or averted accidents providing necessary advice and reminders to the employees involved, identifying the fault/cause and the necessary recommendation to avoid similar incident in the future.
Implement strictly Company Code of Conduct and Drug & Alcohol policy reporting any violation instantly to Company/HSE authority
Participate in updating emergency procedures/contingency plans.
Conducts regular safety meetings with contractors HSE team, follow-up on implementation of various action points from audits or incident reports.
Participates actively in safety campaigns launched by HSE department, such as awareness campaigns and HSE and HSE award campaigns.
Participate in HSE reviews and audits and Risk Assessment Workshops as advised and directed by HSE Superintendent.
To report to HSE Manager as both line and functional manager
Consultation and coordination with HSE team members

Participate in Accident and Incident Investigation and Analysis as per HSE management directives and operational requirements
Take active and leadership role during HSE internal audits; act as primary facilitator upon conducting internal HSE audits
Participate in conducting qualitative operational risk assessments pertaining to various operations/projects
Participating contractor kick of meeting with project management team.
Conducting site audit/inspection in the contractor’s respective areas and prepare report based on audit, forward to contractors as well as HSE manger.
Monitor implementation of PTW procedures at all projects sites
Preparing weekly, monthly based HSE reports
Ensure that the policy and its interpretation are understood by
all the employees at site.
Arrange and participate client Task risk assessment session
for job performer for all activities
Ensure Toll box talks are conducted on daily basis and
meeting format, file recorded maintained
Monitor and evaluation of the PTW system in the site.
Advice the management and all the employees on all matters
relating to Health, Safety and Environment.
Check the compliance and monitor all personal performance
in the use of PPE and other safety Equipments.
Preparing and Submit HSE related report on a daily basis,
weekly and monthly.
Responsible to reporting all safety issues to the site
management to fix the solutions
Reporting and investigating incident and accident at site and
make preventive measures to avoid Recurrence.
Preparing and Maintain traffic Infringement Reports.
Conducting monthly Project internal HSE meetings and
prepare minutes of meetings.
Arranging HSE induction &training for all employees and
maintaining training records
Plans, co-ordinates and supervises the day-to-day activities of
the HSE inspectors.
Maintain record of First Aid log of all first aid cases reported
and treated.
Advise the supervisors and work force to improve the HSE
Standards at site.
Conducting & Maintain record of all work equipment, fire
extinguisher etc, and copies of certification.
Monitoring and Supervising Daily HSE practices.
Regular inspection of sites and ensuring company’s safety
policies are being adhered to
Conducting training for new/ existing personals.
Coordinate and participate in identifying and evaluating HSE
hazards/risks and recommend measures to reduce them.
Daily site inspections and reporting the unsafe act / conditions
to the site management and coordinating with the site
execution personnel.
To ensure compliance with the Permit to System / precautions
specified on the work permit are taken. And Conduct review;
prepare report based review findings submit to site
management.
To ensure that all personal are properly trained in emergency
response procedures, conducting random refreshing training.
Preparing of daily and monthly Site HSE Reports.
Investigate all HSE industrial and non-industrial incidents
involving personnel, plant and equipment including
dangerous occurrences.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure the
effectiveness of HSE programs and procedures at assigned
location, present recommendations for improvement and
follow up their implementation.

Evaluation of permit to work system on daily basis.
Assist in the implementation of workplace safety health and
environment procedure
Preparing Site specific safety plan
Responsible in providing assistance with implementation of
OHSA regulatory requirements
Preparing and conducting employee orientation program for
new employees.
Preparation of job safety analysis
Participate in Assessments/Audits with client regular basis.
Conducting various HSE training to the workforce.
Inspection of electrical and fall protection equipments on
monthly basis.
Assisting crane and lifting tools inspection on daily, monthly
basis.
Preparing and submitting HSE statistics are recorded,
weekly/monthly reports.
Inspection of high Pressure cleaning equipment and maintain
reports.
Making of drawing& construction of all temporary structure as
per the client requirement.
Conducting At-Risk Behaviours observation reports.
Conducting Tool box talk meeting.
Conducting PPE’S inspection, preparing the report and
Submission of the same to client.
Maintaining record of test certificates of Tools &Tackles.
Maintain Lock out/ Tag out procedure.
Conducting fire extinguisher training and inspection program.
