· Responsibilities of Fully Computerized & ERP Procurement based on oracle and online Purchase Order is prepared in Oracle System 11-i.
· Screening of Requisitions Prior to Forwarding for procurement In-charge. Procurement of all kind of material Procurement Receipts, Physical Inspection, Stacking,
· Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items,
· Reconciliation vendor Statement with Oracle System & Manual. Stock Verification, Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance
· Inventory Control & Space management.
· Creating different reports as required by Management.
· Negotiating with the vendors for Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms.

Company Profile: AL YASRA FOOD CO, engaged in Logistics operation since 1998 and its major products are Sadia brand of food products, AL Safi products, Catch of the Day fish products, Lambweston food products etc, and also dealing with YIACO medicals.
Responsible for.
• Preparing proper documentation
• Perform proper receipt audit in cargo receivables.
• Maintaining Picking, pre-delivery checking & Cycle Count Checking to make sure the delivery of orders are inline with the inventory systems.
• To make sure Inventory performed as per location with proper quantity and expiry mentioned and maintaining records accordingly in the Inventory system.
• Preparing documentations and report of damaged items for Insurance Claims, inline with the company procedures.
• Taken suitable measures to avoid discrepancies in YIACO proructs.
• Responsible for ensuring the received items are inline with company manifest, like goods received are within expiry period, as per the ordered quantity, and responsible for the picking & loading are following the inventory measures.
• Identify issues and take corrective measures to resolve the problems.
• Identify and undertake investigation on discrepancies or shortages in inventory management, taken appropriate action and addressed the major issues to the Group Manager.
• Managed and Developed new strategies to motivate a team of staff to ensure they meet all team objectives, including the accuracy and timely completion of scheduled works.
• Supervision of all warehouse activities (receiving, issuing, stock movement, stock taking, stock replenishment, housekeeping)
• Monitoring Safety measures, analyzing product quality and motivating Staff for better productivity.
• Verifying, inspecting, checking and updating all transactions taking place inside the warehouse.
• Ensuring all assets are safe guarded from destruction, damages or failure.
