• Looking over all production planning & control of all fabricated items (M.S & S.S Products) supplied to Faievely Transport Baddi & Hosur (Company leading supplier of railway items for R.C.F & Metro Trains), Bombardier Transport, Alstom Transport. (Manufacturer of Metro trains).
• Ensuring On time delivery of Products as per schedule given by Customer.
• Interaction with customers regarding all issues related to New Development, Quality & Dispatch
• Planning and Follow up of Daily Production schedule

 Overall responsibilities of independently handling the shift.
 Handling manpower and manufacturing operations
 Production monitoring and evaluation
 Production planning / scheduling for manufacturing
 Liaise closely with all departments to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
 Lead, train and guide the production team
 Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions to maximize production efficiency.
 Ensure overlapping with in time period according to plan.
 Ensure the availability of material on line on right time.
 Quality audit for components on hourly basis.
 Immediate action to solve breakdowns.
 Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customers specifications
 Member of internal audit team to make the perfect system to work.
 Scheduling and loading of M/C for maximum output & Utilization.

 Ensure of timely startup of line.
 Handling a Production team of three Supervisors and around twenty operators in a well-equipped Welding machine (MIG and Submerged Arc Welding).
 Monthly Production Planning and targets achievement with short term production rolling plans with close coordination.
 Make production planning for whole week and daily basis.
 Analysis of data related with production, breakdowns, in-process rejections etc. and accordingly action planning.
 Dealing with internal customer complaints and audits as per schedule.
 Ease in Workability of Operators by making improvement in the Processes.
 Minimizes Rejection / Rework / Customer Complaints by continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
 Ease in the Processes by Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing Processes..
 Analysis of data related with production, breakdowns, in-process rejections etc. and accordingly action planning.
 Coordinating with process-engineering for the development of fixtures, tooling and with maintenance for solution making of manufacturing problems.
 Dealing with internal customer complaints and audits as per schedule.
 Achieve Production targets according to plans.
