Responsible to manage all HR & Admin functions for the company. Please see attached CV for details.
Lead a team of 30 professionals + 60 Tradesmen (Office boys, Security Guards, Cleaners, Drivers etc.) and manage all HR & Administrative activities including HR planning, recruitment & selection, induction, performance assessment, employee orientation, training & development, policy development and documentation, payroll, compensation maintenance administration, accommodation, maintenance of personal files, system streamlining, employee relations, office management, catering, immigration matters, staff matters, insurance, transport & travel, guest relations, for 3 major projects in Qatar with New Doha International Airport (NDIA) consisting of approximately 3500 employees (600 staff & 2900 tradesmen). Reporting to Commercial Director / Projects Manager.
1. Effectively manage 550 personnel in a centralized human resources system
