1. Ensures that quality procedures and practices are consistently executed within the operation.
2. Supervise all inbound (warehouse receipt) & dispatch transactions on daily basis.
3. Responsible to maintain 100% inventory accuracy for customers stock.
4. Cross verify all customer jobfiles at the beginning of each month to ensure their accuracy
5. Clear freight for customer (Air/Land & sea) by co-ordinating with each respective team.
6. Updates the Operation Manager on daily Warehouse Management System (WMS) activities.
7. Reviews Flash Reports (WMS) daily.

warehouse work schedule not get affected.

10. Coordinates with the Inventory Team on matters of system and operational discrepancies and stock replenishments.
11. Regularly monitor the health & safety measures being adopted in the warehouse as per the
requirements of the company.
12. Control operatives, ensuring that they work within given time lines and adhere to current procedures and SOP’s.
13. Lead Warehousing staff and plan all resources, including people, tools relevant to the job,
14. Communicates performance to team and implements improvements necessary to correct deficiencies.
15. Compose Customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports as required.
16. Develop and control Standard Operating Procedures and other Visual Aids
17. Assist with employment development and appraisal of team members
18. Monitor competence levels of team members and identify training needs
19. Deputise for the Operations Manager when required with customers
