Ensure work meets contract and QCS
standards, oversee trench formation levels,
and supervise the installation of VC pipes, pipe
bedding, and manhole shutters.
Monitor daily progress, resources, and report to
the resident; supervise the installation of water
main and branch lines, and ensure site
activities use approved drawings and
materials.
