• Successfully implemented initial setup of a new branch of hospital.
• Actively participating in preparing and implementation of business development plan.
• Developing costing at department and procedure level to extend the same to upcoming DRG implementation.
• Managing Finance Team, Admission/Discharge (IP Billing) Office, OP Billing/CSR Department and Warehouse function of the hospital.
• Monitoring AP, AR, Bank and GL modules of ERP along with integration of Supply chain, Insurance, OP Billing and IP Billing modules in HIS.
• Managing receivables and reconciliation with corporate clients and insurance companies.
• Monitoring collections and rejections in coordination with group level RCM team.
• Managing monthly payables and cash flow requirements.
• Preparation of monthly management & financial reports including Cash Flow, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Responsible for monthly financial review of the unit with management and relevant departments for cost controls.
• Preparation of annual Budget and analyzing monthly variations.
• Analyzing monthly segment-wise payroll cost.
• Managing contracting and payouts of community based doctors.
• Conducting revenue analysis at department, doctor and customer level along with incentive payment to doctors.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. The institute is the only regulatory professional body for Cost and Management Accountancy in Pakistan. It's member of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), International Accounting Standards Board, Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA) and South Asian Federation of Accountants.(SAFA). The institute is providing professional education in the field of Cost & Management Accountancy. I have completed 3 years post graduate studies from ICMAP.
