Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
Involved with the planning, controlling and monitoring & executing the project to best meet project objectives.
Controls and monitors “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost (quality also)—in managing competing project requirements.
Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) & reports on project progress and other project specific information to project stakeholders.
Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
Monitoring project progress and performance.
Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Setting up and managing support functions for covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
Producing consolidated reporting to the Project Steering Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks and benefits
Establishing standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.
Managing the Project Library.
Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Managing the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
Cooperate in determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision
Documents for project release.
Produce technical, business and economic feasibility studies for project ideas.
Plan project progress \[define sub goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning\].

Monitor project progress and success
